2 Point Mandolin

Inspired by the classic Lyon & Healy mandolins of the early twentieth century, the 2 Point mandolin is well suited to a variety of today’s musical styles. Several modern features, including the asymmetrical body, cantilevered fingerboard, and the X braced top plate have been incorporated into this design. These features help to deliver a more comfortable, dynamic, and responsive playing experience. Standard materials include: Sitka spruce, bigleaf maple, ebony, and ivoroid binding with contrasting purfling.
